STRYVON delivers orders throughout South Africa. We also offer a collection option for customers who prefer to collect their order.
Made-to-Order Processing Time
STRYVON products are made specifically for you once your order has been placed. Please allow approximately 14–20 working days for your order to be completed and prepared for delivery or collection.
This timeframe allows us to prepare your selected size, colour and design specifically for your order.
Delivery
Orders selected for delivery are shipped using The Courier Guy.
Our standard delivery charge is R150 per order. Available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.
Once your order has been completed and handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Courier transit time is additional to STRYVON’s made-to-order processing period.
Collection
Customers may select Collection during checkout at no additional charge.
We will notify you when your order has been completed and is ready for collection. Please do not attempt to collect your order before receiving confirmation that it is ready.
Collection instructions and the applicable collection details will be provided once your order is ready.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order. Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout.
STRYVON cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.
Courier Delays
While we will make every reasonable effort to ensure orders are dispatched promptly once completed, courier delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside STRYVON’s control.
If you experience a problem with the delivery of your order, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@stryvon.co.za as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and details of the issue.
